Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan merupakan tingkat keunggulan pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasien yang diberikan oleh tenaga medis, paramedis, dan penunjang medis. Keunggulan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan meliputi aspek bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Sedangkan kepuasan merupakan respon atau tingkat perasaan (senang atau kecewa) pasien yang diperoleh setelah pasien menerima produk jasa layanan kesehatan dengan membandingkan antara kinerja atau hasil yang dirsakan dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pasien. Permasalahan tingkat kepuasan rumah sakit kartini adalah tentang kualitas pelayanan dari faktor jaminan dan faktor empati.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dimensi kualitas pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap rumah sakit Kartini Jakarta Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian crosssectional dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2018. Teknik penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 79 responden. Teknik analisis data dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan responden yang disiplin sebanyak 57 responden (72,2%). Variabel kualitas pelayanan yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan tingkat kepuasan yaitu faktor jaminan (P value = 0,033), dan faktor empati (P value = 0,037). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima pasien akan mempengaruhi kondisi kepuasan pasien itu sendiri. Pada akhirnya disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit Kartini Jakarta supaya tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan agar kepuasan pasien dapat terwujud dengan lebih baik.

Makanan gorengan merupakan makanan jajanan yang digemari masyarakat. Penjual makanan gorengan banyak ditemui di berbagai area di sekitar sekolah. Posisi tempat berjualan di tepi jalan raya memungkinkan terjadinya penyerapan logam berat timbal (Pb) dari asap kendaraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kadar timbal (Pb) pada makanan gorengan, jarak penjual dengan jalan yang dilalui kendaraan bermotor dan kepadatan lalu lintas yang berjualan di lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Kelurahan Cipulir Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menentukan kontaminasi timbal (Pb) pada makanan gorengan. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan lembar ceklist observasi terhadap penjual yang menjajakan makanan gorengan secara terbuka dan pemeriksaan laboratorium melalui metode ICP OES. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah makanan gorengan yang diperoleh dari 6 penjual di sekitar SMP di Cipulir. Hasilnya kontaminasi timbal (Pb) pada 6 sampel yaitu semua sampel mengandung timbal (Pb). Kontaminasi timbal (Pb) terendah ada di Tahu Bulat dengan kandungan timbal (Pb) 0,1154 ppm. Kontaminasi timbal (Pb) tertinggi adalah di Cilung dan Bigor dengan kandungan timbal (Pb) masing-masing 0,2641 ppm dan 0,2569 ppm. Kedua sampel ini melebihi kandungan timbal (Pb) maksimum berdasarkan persyaratan Direktur Jendral POM NO. HK.00.06.01.52.401, sedangkan kandungan timbal (Pb) dari tiga sampel lainnya memenuhi persyaratan. Cilung dan Bigor dari hasil uji sampel tidak aman untuk dikonsumsi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penjual disarankan untuk tidak menjual makanan gorengan mereka di udara terbuka dan menutup makanan tersebut untuk mencegah kontaminasi timbal (Pb).

This study is to investigate students’ perceptions towards flipped classroom in grammar class. Since learning activities have turned into online because of the pandemic COVID-19, the concerns are being raised about the quality of online teaching and learning English. Both the learners and the teachers are completely struggling. Hence, a flipped classroom model is one of the great solutions to this challenge. To figure out the students’ perception towards flipped classroom, the qualitative method was conducted by distributing a five-point Likert scale questionnaire to 27 freshmen of second semester who took Intermediate English
Structure. To support the data, the semi-structured interview was held to 5 representative students. As the research is about flipped classroom perception, the researcher classified the items of the questionnaire into three procedures in flipped classroom. They were before, during and after virtual meetings. The results reveal that 78,1% showed positive perceptions on activities held before virtual meeting, 73% positive perceptions on activities during virtual meeting, and 76,9% positive perceptions on activities after virtual meeting. It means the flipped classroom in grammar class had a good perception.

The use of mobile technology for everyone is like a necessity in daily life. No one can ignore the impact of mobile technology especially from android mobile system that led the progression of technology todays. However, this technology development can be utilized by language learners to increase and encourage them in mastering the English language use. They can utilize the application inside the android system in improving pronunciation accuracy. Furthermore, it can help teachers to teach their learners in using English language spoken. Everyone knows that learning pronunciation needs time to take some practices. The writer initiated the application of learning English pronunciation by using a default application inside android system. The application calls as Google Voice Search. It can be used as learning strategy to improve the accuracy for learner and to be aware about the mistake which has been made by them. This Google voice Search system can be used as self-evaluation in pronouncing English language. This study investigated the first semester students of English Department in Jakarta. The writer designed the study as learning strategy to help learners aware about their mistake in pronouncing English language. The use of android mobile phone is shown the progression of most 72% learners’ pronunciation growing better and it improved learners’ confidence in using English orally. They also stated that they really like this application because it led them to be more technology savvy. It can facilitate the learners in pronouncing English accurately when they use in spoken English.

This study was conducted to investigate how students’ metacognition can be reflected in a diary. The study focused on how diaries could illustrate students in planning their learning, how they could describe their monitoring and how they could indicate their mental process in evaluating their learning. Twenty-one participants of third semester students were involved. Nine of them were selected to be probed intensively for their metacognitive habits in learning If Clauses. Then, they were divided into three groups according to the level of students’ progress and their mid test score. The first group was assumed as novice learners, the second group was categorized as medium level students and the last group was presumed as expert learners. In its implementation, the study was carried out for six meetings. The participants were instructed to write their learning activities and what they had achieved in learning If Clauses. They were given guidelines so that they could document their learning experiences within a framework and avoid giving irrelevant information. They wrote their diary entries on the sheets that they created by themselves and submitted until the end of the course. For research purpose, the diary entries were photocopied with permission. To support and gain more information about their habit in using the target language, the researcher observed the students’ social media as well. This study revealed that expert learners were better diarist in documenting what they did when learning. What they wrote on their diaries reflected whether or not their metacognitive knowledge was used in learning. The medium level students also indicated that their capability in realizing the use of their cognition was up and down. They were good at evaluating their shortcoming and monitoring some progress, but they were poor at planning and modifying strategies. Meanwhile, the novice learners less reflected how they learned on their documentation. It could be illustrated that they did not have any motivation
to plan their learning, evaluate and monitor their learning.
